Bluetooth 3.0 in the works for Samsung's SHW-M120S

Samsung’s at it again; after releasing the first Bluetooth 3.0 handset a couple of weeks ago, it now appears as if they’ve decided to aim higher… much higher. Adding to the equation it appears that the company wishes to chuck in an Android Bluetooth 3.0 device for good measure. Bluetooth Special Interest Group (Bluetooth SIG) is currently showing certification for a device model number: SHW-M120S.

According to the design description given, this device sports a 3.3-inch WVGA AMOLED display, 5-MP Autofocus + VGA Camera, WiFi, GPS, Accelerometer, Bluetooth 3.0, and HSDPA / GSM roaming. According to Chris Ziegler of Engadget, the inclusion of a T-DMB tuner means that this device is targeted towards the South Korean market.
