    We all know cellphone bills are a maze of disappointment and confusion, but when you realize that all that nonsense actually means they are charging you for the most ridiculous things like $1.00 per MB in some cases and other weird stuff, you get royally miffed. Lets say you are on a cruise and you know not to make a cell call while on the boat because it will cost a fortune ($2.50 a minute in fact) so you let it go to voice mail. Even though you did not pick up, and you let it go to voice mail, that missed call just cost you 5 dollars. I know what you are thinking "What the hell?". Everything explained after the break...
