    Apple's Leopard/Snow Leopard Isn't So Safe After All

     

    Back in June it was said that Apple's newest operating systems, Leopard and Snow Leopard, had some minor flaws. Today those suspicions have been proven true: it appears that there's a discrepancy  by exploiting a buffer overflow in MacOS 10.5 and 10.6. There are many posts online on how to exploit the code. So watch out for those suspicious files, email attachments, and torrent downloads. We, the Mac owners, are no longer completely safe, sadly. The flaw also appears to be within the PS3 but I'm not so sure what you would do with that.
