Microsoft Security Essentials anti-virus software is live and its free!

Microsoft has been known for its "security flaws", mostly because of the popularity of the Operating System. Countless anti-virus programs are out there and lots of them a great, like Bit-Defender and AVG. But none have covered all the mouse holes in Microsoft Windows.

So Microsoft has rolled up its selves and finally come up with something designed for Microsoft windows. Who knows their operating system better then them? Nobody and that is why they needed to do this a long time ago.

The really cool part is that it is free, and ready to download now! The software promises to cover all the security basics and fend off viruses, spyware and other malicious software, and Microsoft even assures us that it'll "run quietly in the background" and only intrude on your life when an action is required.
